Once you receive your booking details, confirm by paying the
required deposit or full payment. We’ll send a confirmation email
with your complete itinerary.
What are the payment options?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and where applicable
Amex) and bank transfer. Cash payments may be available at our
retail office. Some methods may incur processing fees.
Can I book travel that starts outside Australia?
Yes. We can arrange trips that originate outside Australia. Contact
our reservations team so we can assist.
Changes & Cancellations
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Email or call us as soon as possible. We’ll walk you through
airline/provider rules, fees, and any refund options available.
What about refunds or credits if a service is cancelled?
Refunds/credits follow the airline, hotel, or provider’s policy. Any
Nova Travel & Tours processing fees will be outlined at booking
time.

What is the luggage allowance? Can I pay for extra baggage?
Allowance varies by airline and fare. If you’ll need extra baggage
(e.g., sports gear), tell us before booking. Extra baggage can often
be added in advance at better rates.
Can I check in online and print my boarding pass?
Many airlines support online check-in on their websites using your
booking reference. If not available, check in at the airport. We
recommend arriving early to allow time for check-in, security, and
boarding.
