Booking Terms & Conditions — Nova Travel & Tours

1. General Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Some fares, tickets or packages may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or have strict rules. These will be clearly stated at time of booking.
• If any component of your booking (e.g. flight, accommodation) is cancelled or changed by the supplier (airline, hotel, etc.), Nova Travel & Tours will inform you. However, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any additional costs you may incur due to such changes by the supplier.

2. Name & Travel Documentation

• The name(s) you provide must match exactly with those on your passport or government-issued ID. Spelling must be accurate.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents (passports, visas, transit/entry requirements), vaccinations, and other government or health requirements for all destinations.
• We recommend that your passport have at least six months validity beyond your return date, unless the countries you are visiting specify otherwise.

3. Price, Fares & Taxes

• Quoted prices are subject to change until the booking is ticketed/confirmed, due to fluctuations in airline fares, taxes, or currency.
• Government charges, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, and other fees may be added or adjusted.

4. Deposits, Payments & Refunds

• A deposit may be required to hold or confirm a booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment must be made by the due date specified. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or loss of booking.
• Refunds (where applicable) will depend on the supplier’s terms, and may take several weeks to process.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• If you request changes (e.g. date, route, names), fees may apply. These include our service fees plus any additional charges levied by the airline or other supplier.
• Cancellation fees depend on the supplier’s policy as well as Nova Travel & Tours’ own cancellation fee (if applicable). For non-refundable fares, cancellation means no refund.

6. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, loss of baggage, etc.
• Insurance should be arranged at the time of booking or as soon as possible thereafter.

7. Supplier Responsibility & Liability

• Nova Travel & Tours acts as an agent arranging services offered by independent suppliers (airlines, accommodation, tours, etc.). We do not control their operations, schedules or performance.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage arising from, but not limited to: schedule changes, cancellations, weather or natural disasters, strikes, mechanical failures, political unrest, overbooking or downgrading, or any circumstances beyond our control.

8. Emergency Support

We provide assistance and support for emergencies related to your booking. Contact us via [insert local emergency contact number] or [insert international number] if you face issues while travelling.

9. Credit Card, Chargebacks & Fees

• All credit card transactions are subject to validation. If a credit card is declined, you agree to arrange alternate payment promptly.
• If a chargeback is initiated against Nova Travel & Tours for services already fulfilled or non-refundable, you may be liable for related fees.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of [Insert State/Territory, e.g. New South Wales, Australia]. Any disputes shall be dealt with in the courts of [Insert City/State, e.g. Sydney, NSW], unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms
