User Agreement — Nova Travel & Tours

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nova Travel & Tours. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of our website, mobile site, mobile app, and all of our services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• User / You: Any person using the Platform, including browsing, registering, purchasing, or otherwise interacting with our services.
• We / Us / Our: Nova Travel & Tours.
• Content: All materials on the Platform, including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, audio, itineraries, maps, reviews, and other materials.
• Services: All travel-related products provided by us, including flights, holiday packages, accommodation, tours, transport, travel insurance, and any other travel-ancillary services.

3. Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old, or if under 18, you have parental or guardian consent to use our Platform.
• All information you submit is accurate and complete.
• You will keep your account login details secure and not share them with others.

4. User Accounts

• To access certain features (e.g. wishing lists, profile preferences, member-only offers, booking history), you may need to register an account.
• You must provide true, current, and complete information for registration and keep your information updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

5. Use of the Platform

• You must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not misuse our content (for example, by reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works, or using for commercial purposes unless we grant permission).
• You must not use the Platform to post or distribute any unlawful, offensive or harmful material.

6. Bookings & Transactions

• All bookings are subject to our Booking Terms & Conditions (which are incorporated into this Agreement).
• You acknowledge that after you make a booking, changes, cancellations, or refunds may be subject to supplier and airline policies.
• You agree that pricing, availability, and itinerary details can change until the booking is confirmed in writing (or electronically).

7. Payment & Fees

• All payments must be made in the currency we specify, using accepted payment methods.
• You agree to pay any applicable booking fees, taxes, levies, surcharges, and any change/cancellation fees.
• If a payment is not successfully completed (e.g. declined card), we may cancel your booking or suspend access to services until payment is resolved.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to Nova Travel & Tours. All rights reserved.
• You may view, download, or print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our written permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• While we endeavour to provide accurate information, we make no warranty, express or implied, about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of content or services.
• We are not responsible for events outside our control (e.g. force majeure, airline delays, weather) affecting your travel.
• Our liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nova Travel & Tours, its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• your violation of this Agreement;
• your misuse of the Platform;
• your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this Agreement.

11. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will post the amended version on our Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Agreement.

12. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform (or specific services) at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement.
• You may terminate your account — subject to any pending or active bookings. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
